All returns must be approved by Ramco with a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number prior to their return.  The RGA number must be clearly marked on your shipping container(s). All parts authorized to be returned under an assigned RGA must be returned at the same time.  Any parts coming in without an RGA number or under an old or closed out RGA will be returned to the customer freight collect.  All authorized returns must be shipped freight prepaid to:

All non-warranty returned merchandise must have been purchased directly from Ramco within the last 12 months.  No custom parts or partial packages will be accepted.  Credit will be based on the current price paid for all merchandise less a 20% handling charge.  Returned merchandise is subject to inspection and acceptance by Ramco. Obsolete and unsalable parts will be discarded without credit given unless directed to return freight collect at the time the RGA is obtained.
